ACE Parent's Group
The purpose of the Almena Citizens for Education (parent group) is to work with the Almena school and its staff to create a better learning environment for all students attending. Our organization has had many successful events, such as our annual Brat Feed and Book sale in the Spring. The parent group provides toys for recess play, built a shelter, purchased picnic tables, as well as many other items for the children!
The group always recognizes its volunteers and teachers. They have sponsored the Accelerated Reader Store and helps pay for the entertainment groups that visit our school. This is only a small reflection of a very active parent group of the Almena school.
